Andy Mackie -

Andy lives in Birmingham and has a passion to see the city and region transformed by the kingdom of God. Originally from Edinburgh, he came to Birmingham as a post-grad student, then helped plant congregations, missional teams, communities and lead a church. Through strong city relationships with other leaders, he has been instrumental in enabling and supporting a number of city-wide projects, prayer initiatives and training programmes. He is now focusing his energies and efforts on the wider church, across the city and region (www.time4brum.uk), to strategically and collaboratively reach neighbourhoods & communities across Birmingham and the West Midlands and multiply ministries (www.engageuk.org.uk), overseeing the development of GEM's Focus City initiative in Birmingham, including the delivery of IMMERSE missional disciple-making & leadership skills training -www.engageuk.org.uk/training  as well as FORGE Midlands training.
